For fans of Fifty Shades of Grey and Bared to You comes an erotic, emotionally charged romance between a powerful man who’s never heard “no” and a fiery woman who says “yes” on her own terms.
He was the one man I couldn’t avoid. And the one man I couldn’t resist.
Damien Stark could have his way with any woman. He was sexy, confident, and commanding: Anything he wanted, he got. And what he wanted was me.
Our attraction was unmistakable, almost beyond control, but as much as I ached to be his, I feared the pressures of his demands. Submitting to Damien meant I had to bare the darkest truth about my past—and risk breaking us apart.
But Damien was haunted, too. And as our passion came to obsess us both, his secrets threatened to destroy him—and us—forever.
Release Me is an erotic romance intended for mature audiences.

Please welcome, J. Kenner, author of Release Me to Ana’s Attic!
I’m so excited to be here in this fresh and shiny new year for today’s stop on the Release Me blog tour!
2012 was a landmark year for me with regard to social media. I’ve had a Twitter account and a Facebook account for a while, but I confess that I wasn’t really very good at it. I sort of stumbled along, not quite knowing how to tell when someone had left me a message and other newbie type things.
In the summer, though, I decided that enough was enough. I was going to dive into social media and figure it out. And I did.
And I love it!
I have had so many fun back and forth conversations on Twitter with all sorts of people about all sorts of topics (Downton Abbey, Vampire Diaries, homeschooling, haircuts, all sorts of stuff!) And on Facebook, I’ve interacted with readers in a way that I really hadn’t been able to in the past. It. Is. Awesome!
Especially with regard to Release Me, it has been such a pleasure to share tidbits as I counted down to publication, and get feedback from folks who were excited about the book coming out. And having the J. Kenner Facebook page has been such a wonderful way to interact with folks who picked up a copy of the book and posted on my timeline to tell me about it (thanks, y’all!).
I’ve had private messages from readers who identify with the characters’ issues, and inquiries from readers all over the globe asking about when foreign editions will be out.
It has been such a pleasure—and so wonderful to have a group of readers with whom I can share great news (for example, as I write this, Release Me is number THREE overall in the Nook store!).
Having Facebook and Twitter on my phone helps, too, as does finally realizing that I can have notifications emailed to me (for someone who’s pretty tech savvy, I was a bit slow on the uptake)!
So for folks still hesitant to join social media, I say dive right in—the water’s fine! I promise!
And, of course, I’d love to meet all of you in cyberspace! My website is www.jkenner.com, and I’m on Facebook as J. Kenner at www.facebook.com/jkennerbooks and on Twitter at www.twitter.com/juliekenner
J. Kenner is the pen name of USA Today bestselling author Julie Kenner (who also writes as J.K. Beck). Release Me, an erotic romance, went on sale January 1 and is climbing the lists at various retailers!
